About this role

Maintenance Technician Primary Function: The primary function of the Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in attending to the maintenance needs of the property and completing Make-Readys for efficient turnover. The Maintenance Technician follows all policies and procedures established by the Community Manager and Lockwood Management. Typical Duties: · Process all resident service requests in a timely manner. · Create and maintain a customer centered service culture by. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Lockwood Management in Mott Park, Genesee County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
