About this role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and hydraulic systems maintenance. The Equipment and Facilities Maintenance position requires a strong background in heavy equipment and/or industrial maintenance. Expectations include computer literacy, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, a can-do attitude with regard to developing solut. This is a electrical opportunity with Cleer Vision in Elkhart, Elkhart County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
