We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Woodland Manor Apartments. This position will work within a maintenance team to assist with work order. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Property Management, Inc. in Bethlehem, Litchfield County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
