About this role

– Maintenance Technician SCOPE & PURPOSE Under the daily direction of the Maintenance Supervisor (if applicable) and/or Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical property. (S)he may be asked to perform other duties as assigned, as per their Manager and/or Supervisor. Pay Range - $25 to $28 Duties & Responsibilities Duties & responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Participate in all maintenance projects. Perform light el. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with ResidentialONE in Franklin, Baltimore. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
