Maintenance Technician
About this role
Maintain the day to day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under to director of the Management staff. We are looking for you to have a positive attitude towards change with a great ability to adapt in a face-paced environment. You should be an energetic self-starter who can function effectively with minimal supervision. This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits and paid time-off. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Main. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Housing Trust Group in Brooksville, Hernando County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
