– Maintenance Technician SCOPE & PURPOSE Under the daily direction of the Maintenance Supervisor (if applicable) and/or Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical property. (S)he may be asked to perform other duties as assigned, as per their Manager and/or Supervisor. Duties & Responsibilities Duties & responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Participate in all maintenance projects. Perform light electrical repairs on ite. This is a electrical opportunity with ResidentialONE in Forest Heights, Prince George's County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
Assist licensed electricians as needed
