Full-time Description Seeking an energetic and responsible person to join our maintenance staff. Must be organized, self-motivated, dependable and have a proven track record of results. Must work well with existing property staff. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Must be willing to work overtime and perform snow removal, as well as be available for on-call coverage. Thi. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with Caleb Group in Chestnut Hill, Windham County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.
