Facilities Maintenance Tech teardown, and general repairs , basic plumbing, equipment, forklifts, aerial configurations; construct interior asphalt/ concrete repairs /repair drywall, stucco; minor roofing repairs : Day? to?day tasks labor/ materials equivalent Driver' s License. This is a plumbing opportunity with Tryfacta in San Jose, CA. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

What you'll do

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
