About this role
The Position Maintenance Technician – HVAC Looking for a hard-working and knowledgeable technician to assist us to keep our apartments and community looking beautiful and functioning efficiently. The right candidate should have a working knowledge of HVAC, electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows and locks. We offer great working conditions and hours and excellent wages - paid vacation and sick time 16-25 PAID holidays per year! HVAC experience. This is a electrical opportunity with JCM Living in New York City, New York. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
