MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Full-Time | Split Between Three Residential Communities JOIN THE STARPOINT PROPERTIES TEAM Starpoint Properties is seeking a skilled, reliable, and motivated Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of two residential apartment communities. This position plays a key role in maintaining the overall appearance, safety, functionality, and resident satisfaction of our properties while working closely with the Property Manager to e. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Starpoint Properties in San Fernando, Los Angeles County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
