We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Spanish Lake, MO! In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our properties safe, functional, and comfortable for residents. Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative maintenance across residential property units and common areas Diagnose and repair plum. This is a events and setup opportunity with TSK HOUSING in Saint Louis, Saint Louis County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.
What you'll do
- Set up and tear down staging and seating
- Move and stage equipment and furniture
- Follow event layouts and timelines
- Assist with load-in and load-out
- Keep the venue clean and safe
