About this role
Real Estate Equities is seeking a Maintenance Tech to support well-maintained, resident-focused apartment communities. This role is responsible for completing work orders, diagnosing and repairing building systems, and performing preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. The Maintenance Tech will respond to emergency calls, ensure common areas and units are in good condition, and support turnovers between residents. You’ll collaborate closely with the property team,. This is a electrical opportunity with Real Estate Equities in Saint Paul, Ramsey County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
