About this role

This role is responsible for performing a variety of duties to maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and infrastructure in a greenhouse environment according to safety procedures as well as support the business objectives of Clesen Brothers. Additionally, the maintenance technician will also work as a part-time driver during peak seasons. Job Responsibilities & Duties : Completes basic maintenance work orders, performs basic plumbing tasks, assist. This is a plumbing opportunity with Clesen Brothers, Inc. in South Elgin, Kane County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
