Maintenance Technician Department: Property Management Reports to: Senior Facilities Technician Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of company-managed commercial real estate properties. Possesses the skills and knowledge required to perform quality work. Completes work in a tim. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Express Employment in Bend, Deschutes County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
