POSITION: Maintenance Team Leader (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) REPORTS TO: Community Manager COMPENSATION: Hourly Rate, plus Benefits and Bonus eligibility LOCATION: Commons at Manor - 12219 US-290, Manor, TX 78653 SUMMARY The Maintenance Team Leader is primarily responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community while also maximizing the living experience for residents and the community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all residen. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with LDG Development in Austin, Travis County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
