Full-time Description The Maintenance Support Technician supports the Centralize Maintenance Department by maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of assigned apartment communities. This position assists with ground maintenance, preventive maintenance, property improvement projects, apartment make-ready support, and general labor to help provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members.
