The successful candidate will be a team player, have a positive attitude along with being self-motivated and self-directed. The Maintenance Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to work with the Property Manager to ensure and coordinate. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with LR Management in Farmington Hills, Oakland County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
