This role oversees day-to-day maintenance operations, including scheduling, work order management, and preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems. The supervisor leads and trains maintenance technicians, coordinates with vendors, ensures unit turns are completed on time, and maintains safety and compliance standards.
