Maintenance Supervisor
About this role
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining operations of an assigned apartment community, including organization of service requests, preventative maintenance program, compliance with safety standards and customer service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead the maintenance team with a resident-focused attitude and team player mentality. What You’ll Do: Maintenance Supervisors will spend 60 – 70% of their time performing hands-on repairs/maintenance work, remai. This is a events and setup opportunity with PeakMade Real Estate in Clemson, Pickens County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.
