About this role

Reviews service requests and assigns to appropriate employee for completion. Complete daily service requests Reviews the returned service request completion report to ensure all assigned service requests have been completed satisfactorily and timely. Establishes and maintains an inventory of parts, materials and supplies determining which items will be stocked and the appropriate amounts and which items will be purchased on an as needed basis. Performs inspections of completed s. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Apartments in Orangeburg, Orangeburg County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
