About this role

Of Position: The Maintenance Supervisor position assists in the overall management of maintenance personnel, supervision of unit turnover, repairs, renovations, projects and on call emergencies. The Maintenance Supervisor will be directly responsible for carrying out all health and safety procedures that have to do with the property, its residents and employees. Duties & Responsibilities: 1.
