Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor A maintenance supervisor is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. Ensuring that the heating, electrical and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality. Overseeing a team and working closely with the Property Manager and vendors to assure the quality of the building. The goal is to maintain the facilities and common areas in the best possible condition. Essential Duties Complete service. This is a electrical opportunity with Pratum Companies in Beaufort, Beaufort County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
