About this role

Job Purpose Manage and coordinate activities of the Maintenance team for the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations. Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the facility. Essential Functions Directly oversee Maintenance team including staffing, training, performance standards, etc. Oversee the day-to-day assignments of the Maintenance team Partner with the Maintenance Planner to develop scope and assign technicians to work o. This is a production and manufacturing opportunity with Rise Baking Company, LLC in Webster Square, Worcester County. Production, assembly, and machine operation on the factory floor. Operators run equipment, assemble products, and meet quality and output targets.
