About this role
We are currently seeking to add a Maintenance Prep team member to support and assist our maintenance team. Maintenance staff are responsible for overall property maintenance and related mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other operational/functional systems. This is a electrical opportunity with Lawson Operating Company in Chesapeake, Chesapeake City. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
