Maintenance Planner/Scheduler
About this role
This position supports the Maintenance Manager in the daily coordination of activities in the Maintenance department. The Maintenance Planner will assist the Maintenance Manager with ordering supplies, inventory control, project management, scheduling work orders and PM’s, pricing and returns on inventory items, negotiating with vendors, and purchasing non-stock items. The purpose of the Maintenance Planner position is to facilitate communication between the Operations Department and the Mainte. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Sherwin-Williams in Waco, McLennan County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
