About this role

Essential Functions/Responsibilities: This is a leadership and transactional role. The position should be able to communicate well and be a strong team player. This role will communicate with all different levels of employees from the Plant manager to an operator. Will utilize E Maintenance (CMMS) system to plan work orders, review work orders to understand downtime issues, work with Shop Logix reports (automated downtime database) to understand downtime issues and manage a group scorecard that. This is a production and manufacturing opportunity with Mauser Packaging Solutions in Conroe, Montgomery County. Production, assembly, and machine operation on the factory floor. Operators run equipment, assemble products, and meet quality and output targets.
