In this hands-on role, you’ll perform routine building, grounds, and equipment maintenance, including minor repairs, cleaning, painting, and inspections. You will ensure units, hallways, and common areas are clean, secure, and customer ready while responding promptly to maintenance requests. This position works closely with site staff to uphold company standar. This is a painting opportunity with Guardian Storage Development I in Superior, Boulder County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.
