$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS – Maintenance Technician/Painter SCOPE & PURPOSE Under the daily direction of the Maintenance Supervisor (if applicable) and/or Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical property. (S)he may be asked to perform other duties as assigned, as per their Manager and/or Supervisor. Duties & Responsibilities Duties & responsibilities may include, but not limited to: · Participate in all maintenance projects. · Perfor. This is a painting opportunity with ResidentialONE in Adelphi, Prince George's County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.

Mix and match colors to spec
Clean up and maintain equipment
