Maintenance Millwright
About this role
Performs preventative maintenance, routine and non-routine repairs, and troubleshoots problems with machinery. Responsible for maintenance, repair, installation, and modification of all sawmill equipment to safely maximize, uptime, quality, and productivity. This is a events and setup opportunity with Great Southern Wood Preserving in Abbeville, Henry County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

- Set up and tear down staging and seating
- Move and stage equipment and furniture
- Follow event layouts and timelines
- Assist with load-in and load-out
- Keep the venue clean and safe
