P osition Title: Maintenance Mechanic III Classification Title: Coordinator III Reports to: Maintenance Manager Department: Asset Management FLSA & Union S t atus: Hourly; Non-Exempt Union E mployment Status: Full-Time S ummary The primary purpose of this position is to maintain LMH housing sites and grounds. The incumbent coordinates and performs repairs to the interior and exterior of Agency structures, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and plastering duties in response to. This is a electrical opportunity with Lucas Metropolitan Housing in Toledo, Lucas County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
