Position at Pilgrim's ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 11:00pm Construct, maintain and test mechanical equipment, machinery and components Identify parts or machines needing new or replacement parts Utilize shop mathematics to complete assignments Interpret drawings of equipment in order to properly adjust, maintain or repair machinery Respond to requests by production area when mechanical issues with equipment have been identified Communicate. This is a production and manufacturing opportunity with Pilgrim's in Nacogdoches, Nacogdoches County. Production, assembly, and machine operation on the factory floor. Operators run equipment, assemble products, and meet quality and output targets.
