Maintenance Mechanic
About this role
Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures. Lead and hold employees accountable in achieving maintenance goals and enhance employee work performance and productivity through coaching and feedback. Participate in safety investigations as required. Direct the troubleshooting of equipment failures to determine root cause and initiate appropriate remedial action. Oversee quality maintenance and repair of equipment to improve. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Mauser Packaging Solutions in Harrisburg, Cabarrus County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
