You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and execute repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment to ensure reliable and efficient opera. This is a events and setup opportunity with Aerotek in Shafter, Kern County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

  • Move and stage equipment and furniture
  • Follow event layouts and timelines
  • Assist with load-in and load-out
  • Keep the venue clean and safe
