Aramark Healthcare is seeking candidates for a Maintenance Manager position at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, located in Philadelphia, PA. This position will support our Facility Operations and will be responsible for supervising all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services; HVAC, Boiler house and day to day trades and general maintenance. Manages hourly associates and helps leadership plan, administer and direct all activities, ensuring compli. This is a HVAC opportunity with Aramark in Middle West, Philadelphia County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
Communicate repairs clearly to customers
