What you’ll do: As a Maintenance Worker you perform various maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, janitorial and more. You work as a team participant to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance stand. This is a plumbing opportunity with Equity LifeStyle Properties in Harlingen, Cameron County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
