About this role

Position Type: Maintenance/ Custodial Maintenance/ HVAC Technician Days: 261 days ( filters, washing/ cleaning chillers/air REQUIREMENTS: Valid Drivers License Ability to get forklift/ aerial lift minor construction projects pulling carts and general lifting. Full. This is a HVAC opportunity with Lakeland School in Lagrange, IN. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
