Supervision, Maintenance Technician I equipment; performs plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring, Experience A day in the life or construction, or any equivalent field such as HVAC, building trades Current & valid Drivers’ License and from the Department of Labor. This is a electrical opportunity with Hillside - a HumanGood community in Salem, OR. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
