Commercial Kitchen, Refrigeration & Facilities Technician (Regional) About the Position Polly Management LLC is a fast-growing multi-unit franchise operator managing 35 Dairy Queen restaurants across Indiana and Michigan. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Kitchen, Refrigeration & Facilities Technician to oversee equipment reliability, facility safety, and operational uptime within an assigned regional territory. This is a high-level, independent field role. This is a HVAC opportunity with Polly Management LLC in South Bend, St. Joseph County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
