DUTIES: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds to mainta. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with The Pavilion at Queens for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Flushing, Queens. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.
What you'll do
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
- Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain irrigation
- Remove debris and keep sites tidy
