Express Employment is looking for Waste/Recycling Operators! Some duties will include Operate the reclaim tower, shredder and baler Stack bales in the reclaim room Slab rolls that have been culled when needed Check ITKs once per shift Maintain the pucketizer in Dry Waste room Assist with rework if time permits Responsible for housekeeping in the Dry Waste room Inspect forklift and scales daily Assist with pre wrap and core cutter tasks Ensure tools are on the sha. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Express Employment Professionals of NW Arkansas and the River Valley in Fort Smith, Sebastian County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.

- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Scan and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
