As the Lead Maintenance Technician you through landscaping, painting, and knowledge of HVAC systems and Manage the day- to-day operations manner. Plumbing fixture maintaining/ cleaning grounds and repair and drywall. Must be have valid driver' s license, insurance. This is a plumbing opportunity with TEXAS INTER FAITH MANAGEMENT in Nacogdoches, TX. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
