About this role
Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily apartment community. In this on-site role, you’ll perform and oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep for units, building systems, and common areas. You’ll lead by example, guiding maintenance staff and coordinating with vendors while delivering responsive, resident-focused service. Responsibilities include handling work orders, unit turns, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and applia. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
