Forest Ridge Villas , a new contemporary apartment community in the thriving Martin City area of South Kansas City, has 194-units, is looking for an experienced Master MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN with extensive HVAC experience. This position involves the seamless coordination of mostly HVAC repairs and preventive maintenance, as well as other duties. MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. NO WALK-INS GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Respond to residents’ and management requests for mai. This is a HVAC opportunity with Forest Ridge Villas in Kansas City, Jackson County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
