About this role
SCOPE AND PURPOSE: Supplement the maintenance and management efforts to keep the community in a clean and orderly condition, which meets Douglas Emmett standards, and attract residents. Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but are not limited to the following, as other duties may be assigned. Lawn care, clear of leaves, and mowing, weed wacking,and edging. Experience with gardening and lawn tools. Removal of weeds, tri. This is a cleaning and janitorial opportunity with Douglas Emmett in Honolulu, Hawaii. Cleaning, janitorial, and custodial work for homes, offices, or facilities. Cleaners sanitize surfaces, manage waste, and keep spaces presentable and safe.
