We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Installation Crew Member to join our skilled team focused on residential landscaping projects throughout the Tampa Bay Area. This role is ideal for someone with experience or a strong desire to learn and grow in landscape installation, working under minimal supervision while contributing to site preparation, plant installation, and gardening. You will be part of a self-managed crew within a larger landscaping team, performing. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with Pitchford Design and Landscape, LLC in Largo, Pinellas County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.
What you'll do
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
- Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain irrigation
- Remove debris and keep sites tidy
