Tehama County Landfill , a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety conscious General Laborer to join our team in Red Bluff, CA ! The schedule will be Thursday - Monday 8AM - 4:30PM with occasional overtime. Starting pay will be $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
