If so, you could be a great addition to our Heavy Civil Construction team at Williams! Williams Civil Construction is hiring Laborers to join our Heavy Civil team for a project in Havre, Mo. This is a construction opportunity with Williams Plumbing / Williams Civil Construction in Great Falls, Cascade County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
