LABORER Department: Maintenance Reports To: Maintenance Manager FLSA: Non-Exempt Union Affiliation: Bargaining Employment Status: Full-time (40 hours, 4 days/week) Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday - Thursday Hourly Rate: $21.27 - $23.64 (Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement currently in place, at the discretion of the agency and depending on experience and qualifications, newly hired employees are paid up to 90% of the job rate, until completion of one. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with HACD in Danbury, Fairfield County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
