Job Overview We are seeking to hire a Plumbing Estimator to join our team. This resource will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive plumbing cost estimates for commercial projects. The Plumbing Estimator will play a key role in ensuring project profitability and successful project delivery by providing precise pricing and cost control strategies. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive plumbing estimates using Bluebeam or other estimating software. This is a plumbing opportunity with New Page Management in Greensboro, Guilford County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

What you'll do

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
