Jr. Building Maintenance Technician
About this role
Position Summary RMG Management is seeking an experienced, hands-on Building Operating Engineer to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and system performance across multiple Class B commercial and retail properties in the Woodland Hills / San Fernando Valley area. This role supports the efficient operation of HVAC systems portfolio-wide, collaborates with outside vendors, and serves as an utility engineer for Property Management. Key ResponsibilitiesPortf. This is a HVAC opportunity with RMG Management Inc in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
